THIS SHARED PARKING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made this day of , 2023 by and between Moab Desert Plaza, LLC with an address of 481 S Main Street Moab, Utah, (the "Burdened Property Owner"), and The Radcliffe Hotel, LLC with an address of 477 S Main Street, Moab, Utah, (the "Benefited Property Owner") (and collectively "the Parties"). This Agreement is entered into in order to comply with Moab Municipal Code §17.09.230.
