This is an agreement between First National Bank Alaska, (hereinafter “Bank”) and (hereinafter “Customer”), whereby Bank agrees that Customer may effect deposit account transactions and other deposit account services by use of Business Essential Online, an Internet service (hereinafter “System”), and Customer agrees to pay Bank’s charges for Customer’s use of the System. The agreement of the parties is as follows:
