This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of all versions of the SOFTWARE provided by Transaction Software GmbH, located at Willy-Brandt-Allee 2, 81829 München, Germany (TRANSACTION) including service or support programs, documentation, and the license file provided to the End User, including any update, revision, or enhancement thereof in accordance with this EULA. Terms written in capital letters and not defined in this EULA are defined in the associated framework agreement ("CONTRACT") or in its Appendix 1 "SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SERVICES".
