Ambient Bamboo Products, Inc. (“Ambient”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser that, for the applicable warranty period stated below, the covered product(s) described below (the “Product(s)”) will be reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship, and that when properly handled and installed, will conform, within accepted tolerance, to applicable manufacturing specifications. This Limited Warranty only applies to Products which are used, stored, handled, and installed in the manner recommended by Ambient, as further described below. The scope of Products covered by this Limited Warranty is limited solely to flooring, moldings, trim and stair pieces.
