By registering for, accessing information collected by or otherwise using Crestron’s Software-as-a-Service (the “Service”), you represent that you are authorized by Crestron under a separate written agreement to access and use the Service and that you further agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “AGREEMENT”), which is a legal contract between you and Crestron Electronics, Inc. (“Crestron”). If you do not agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT, do not register for, access information collected by the Service or use the Service.
