This agreement (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is made by and between the City of Murphy, Texas, a home-rule municipal corporation (“City”) and BW2 Engineers, Inc., a Texas Corporation (“Consultant” or “Engineer”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), acting by and through their authorized representatives.
