THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions upon which you, or your company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada (“you” or the “Customer”) will engage Free Agent Lifestyles, LLC (“FAL”) to provide the Services (as defined hereinbelow). You will be bound to the terms of this Agreement as set forth in Section 9(e) hereinbelow.
