made effective as of February 15, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, a joint powers agency of the State of California (“Authority”), and Eagle Field Water District; Mercy Springs Water District; Oro Loma Water District; Pacheco Water District; Panoche Water District; San Luis Water District; Tranquillity Irrigation District; and Fresno Slough Water District, its members who execute this Agreement (“Members”). Capitalized terms used in this Activity Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2 below.
