THIS INTERCONNECT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2014, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Charlotte County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County”), as owner and operator of Charlotte County Utilities (“CCU”), which provides central utility service within Charlotte County, and Little Gasparilla Water Utility, Inc., a Florida corporation (“LGWU”), with offices located at 1916 Michigan Avenue, Grove City, FL 34224, collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
