This Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement") is entered into between (“Client”) and Bradesco Global Advisors Inc. ("Adviser" or “BGA”), a Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) registered investment adviser with its principal place of business located at 169 Miracle Mile Suite 700- A, Coral Gables, Florida 33134. Client and BGA agree to enter into this investment advisory relationship which entails the opening of brokerage/custody account with Interactive Brokers, LLC (“IB”). This Agreement is effective as of the first day such brokerage account is opened and is ready to receive trading instructions (the “Effective Date”).
