This INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the _25_ day of April , 2019, by and between the RAINDANCE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “RDMD”) and the POUDRE TECH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “PTMD”). RDMD and PTMD are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” or “Districts”.
