THIS FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENT EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into effective the day of June 2016 (the "Effective Date"), between McLEOD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER OF THE PEE DEE, INC., a nonprofit corporation organized and governed under the laws of the State of South Carolina and exempt from taxation pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("MRMC"), and ("Resident").
