This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing participation in the TIAA Portfolio Advisor program (the “Program”). Advice and Planning Services serves as the sponsor, manager and administrator of the Program and is a division of TIAA-CREF Individual & Institutional Services LLC, (“Services LLC”) an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
