ENTIRE AGREEMENT: Alafacture, LLC, d/b/a Alabama Dynamics Company (“Buyer”) may agree from time to time to purchase Goods and/or Services from Seller. These Standard Conditions of Purchase, any applicable order for Goods and/or Services from Buyer (“Order”) and any other of Buyer’s specifications constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to Goods and Services (collectively the “Agreement”). No other or inconsistent terms of Seller, no modification, amendment or waiver to this Agreement and no cancellation, change or return of any Order will be binding on Buyer until agreed in writing by Buyer’s authorized representative. No representation, promise or term not set forth herein has been or may be relied on by Seller, and any terms not contained in this Agreement are expressly objected to and rejected.
