This Intergovernmental Agreement [C2016-80], (the “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between the ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, a body corporate, acting for and on behalf of Arizona State University, Tempe Campus (“University” or “ASU”) and the CITY OF TEMPE, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona, acting by and through its City Council (“City”) (collectively the “Parties”).
