This Agreement is entered into on the date last shown below (“Effective Date”) by the County of Sonoma, a political subdivision of the State of California (“the County”), acting by and through its Director of Regional Parks and its Director of Permit and Resource Management, and the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, a special district created pursuant to Public Resources Code sections 5500 et seq. (“the District”), acting by and through its General Manager. The County and the District are sometimes referred to hereinafter collectively as the “Parties.”
