This mortgage is given by the Borrower to Lender to secure any and all sums loaned by Lender to the Borrower pursuant to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency’s Keystone Renovate & Repair Loan Program (herein "Program"). The sums secured by this mortgage are evidenced by a Note between the parties and includes, but is not limited to, sums advanced by Lender to the Borrower or on behalf of the Borrower in connection with renovations needed to improve the basic livability of the home, as well as repairs to items affecting health, safety, energy efficiency, accessibility, and code violations which are eligible for funding under the Program.
