SINGLE SITE ATM AGREEMENT This Single Site ATM Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into asof (the "Effective Date") by and between: (i) EURONET SERVICES SLOVAKIA, spol, s.ro.,a company incorporated in the Slovak Republic with company identification number: 35 854 448, with Tax ID 2020289656, VAT number: SK2020289656and with its registered office at Karadžičova 8, 821 08 Bratislava 2, Slovakia ("Euronet") and legally represented by Patrik Vizina and Daniel Marland as executives,and(ii) municipality Mesto Vysoké Tatryidentification number: 00326585, Tax ID: 2021212743, with its registered office at Vysoké Tatry, 062 01 Starý Smokovec 1 and legally represented by Ing. Ján Mokoš, mayor („Partner“) Euronet and the Partner are referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
