The attached APTA CSM EXHIBITOR APPLICATION AGREEMENT (the “Application”) does not constitute an agreement until it is accepted and approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (“APTA”). Once the Application is accepted by APTA, the Application, together with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING constitutes a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between APTA and the Exhibitor for APTA CSM 2025 (the “APTA CSM”).
