This Authorized User Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is intended to be a binding agreement made by and between Tradeline Genie LLC, and the undersigned client (hereinafter “Client”), hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”. By signing this agreement, Client certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age, that the information he/she has provided to Tradeline Genie LLC is true and complete, that he/she is legally authorized to enter into this agreement and authorize the actions of Tradeline Genie LLC as set forth herein, and that he/she will not use any of the services of Tradeline Genie LLC or any information provided by Tradeline Genie LLC for any unlawful purpose.
