This notification of the availability of federal funds is made for the purpose of building regional capacity on the identified professional development needs that will result in improved performance of infant and toddler early intervention programs related to the State Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report submitted to the federal Office of Special Education Programs. These funds are to be used for the purpose of professional development activities through the Centers of Excellence for Young Children with Disabilities.
