THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“License”) is made and entered into March 18, 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between CITY OF ANAHEIM, (hereinafter referred to as “Licensor”) and the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its REGISTRAR OF VOTERS (hereinafter referred to as “County”), without regard to number and gender. County and Licensor may sometimes hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” or jointly as “Parties.”
