The following General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties (as defined below) regarding the subject matter hereof (this “Agreement”). Buyer expressly rejects all terms in any order acknowledgements, invoices or similar documents from Seller and the purchases hereunder are expressly conditioned on Seller’s acceptance of the following General Terms and Conditions. Buyer and Seller may each be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
