THIS AGREEMENT is by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth or Company”), a Georgia corporation, and Alternative Telecommunications Services, Inc. (ATSI) (“Reseller”), a Florida corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of February 19, 1998.
