EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 1. The Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) is a partnership of seven district / borough councils working together to provide Revenue and Benefit shared services. The partnership is between: Breckland District Council East Cambridgeshire District Council Forest Heath District Council Fenland District Council St Edmundsbury Borough Council Suffolk Coastal District Council Waveney District Council2. In March 2015, the ARP 2015 Joint Committee decided that ARP would be closed to any new full partners or members of the Joint Committee for the time being.3. The Joint Committee has subsequently agreed that, where it benefits the seven ARP partners, ARP will work in partnership and/or provide services to other Councils with regard to specific elements of their services but not their whole service. 4.
