Vanderbilt Law School, its Program on Law and Innovation, and the Music City Legal Hackers (collectively the “Sponsor”) is pleased to present the Music City Legal Hackathon (“Hackathon”). The Hackathon is governed by this Hackathon Participation Agreement (“Agreement”). By entering the Hackathon, you (“Participant”) agree to abide by this Agreement which is a binding legal agreement between Participant and Sponsor with respect to the Hackathon.
