This Addendum (this “Addendum”) constitutes an Additional Service Addendum as described and defined in Section 5.3 of the MFA Planning Tool End-User License Agreement located at http://www.myfinancialanswers.com/legal/eula. This Addendum applies to and governs the consulting services described herein which are provided by MFA to you in connection with your use of the MFA Planning Tool (the “Consulting Services”). All capitalized terms used in this Addendum shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the EULA. References herein to “you” or “your” shall refer to you, the user who has purchased the Consulting Services. Reference herein to “we” or “us” shall refer to MFA.
