Efficiency Manitoba (“EM”) offers an “Incentive” to an eligible building owner (the “Building Owner”) who designs and renovates a commercial building that qualifies under the Commercial Deep Energy Retrofit Program (the “Program”) on the terms and conditions set out below and as set out in Appendix A – Program Eligibility Criteria, which forms part of this Agreement.
