This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Jose Melgar (“Plaintiff”) and defendants Harvest Sensations, LLC (“Harvest Sensations”) and Dependable Employer Solutions, Inc. (“Dependable Employer Solutions”) (Harvest Sensations and Dependable collectively, “Defendants”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendants collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
