This agreement is by and between DMSGear and/or their assigns and all subscribers. Unless the context requires otherwise, DSGear, DSGearUSA and/or their assigns shall be referred to as "DSG, us, we, or our" and you and/or Independent Sales Associate shall be referred to as "you, your, or ISA."
