The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) and the Adobe Mountain School1 (AMS) enter into this Agreement to resolve the issues analyzed in the above-referenced compliance review. This Agreement does not constitute an admission of liability, non-compliance, or wrongdoing by ADJC, AMS, or the State of Arizona.
