The Agreement is between you (“you”) and ICICI Bank Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at ICICI Bank Tower, near Chakli circle, Old Pedra road, Vadodara, Gujarat (together with its subsidiaries and group companies, “ICICI”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the Services (defined hereinafter) via the ICICI Actions available on Google LLC (“Google”)’s Google Assistant (defined below) service on any Connected Device (defined hereinafter) (“Actions”).
