The Participant recognizes that participation in this Program requires the performance of strenuous and/or potentially dangerous physical activities including, but not limited to, digging, heavy lifting, use of power and/or manual tools, and climbing ladders. Participant warrants that they have no medical condition or disability that would prevent them from performing these activities or that would present a health risk to themselves or others from their participation in such activities.
