The Montalvo Little League and Boys and Girls Club of Ventura uses two land parcels and associated structures located at 1929 Johnson Drive. The City owns one of the parcels and the Montalvo Little League owns the other adjacent parcel. Both parcels together with the structures and baseball fields are jointly operated by the Montalvo Little League and Boys and Girls Club of Ventura. A lease agreement with the City is required for the Little League and Boys and Girls Club to continue operations at their current location.
