This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the City of Portland, on behalf of its Police Bureau (PPB), (Collectively, “City”) and the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office (MCDA), in conjunction with Multnomah County, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon (“County”). Each of City, MCDA, and County is a “Party” and collectively they are the “Parties.”
