The TOWN OF YATES (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”), whose address is 8 S. Main St, Lyndonville, NY 14098, hereby agrees to purchase from New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, a New York corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) whose mailing address is 3 City Center, 180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, New York 14604, and the Seller agrees to sell to Purchaser, the property described below for the price and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth this agreement (the “Contract”).
