THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 20 by and between , existing under the laws of Manitoba, (sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Distributed Resource” or “DR”), and Manitoba Hydro, a Crown Corporation incorporated pursuant to The Manitoba Hydro Act, R.S.M. 1987, c.H190.
