Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our prophet Mohammed, his household and all his companions, Whereas, the customer desires to open a relationship with Banque Saudi Fransi for the purposes to take advantage of any of the services offered by the Bank, subject to the following terms and conditions as stipulated in this Agreement. The laws and regulations prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the laws of any jurisdiction where a specific banking transaction takes place, in consistency with Islamic Shariah, shall govern this Agreement. The customer confirms that all information the customer has provided is true and correct.
