THIS LEASE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between John Curtis Rutherford and Suzanne Lewis Rutherford, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, an undivided one-half (112) interest and Thomas B. Rutherford and Tracy L. Rutherford, as trustees of the Rutherford Family Trust dated April 13, 1992, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest ("Lessor"), and ICELAND AMERICA ENERGY, INC, a California corporation, located at 707 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 4500, Los Angeles, CA 90017 ("Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee are hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Party” or collectively as the "Parties." The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be June 13, 2008.
