This National Producer Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into severally and not jointly, by HIH Risk Specialty, LLC and all of HIH Risk Specialty's direct and indirect subsidiaries owned from time to time and engaged in the property and casualty insurance brokerage business m the United States (herein collectively "HIH Risk Specialty") and , and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries owned from time to time engaged in the property and casualty insurance brokerage business (hereinafter collectively, “Producer”) effective this the day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”). Producer acknowledges this Agreement is between itself and the HIH Risk Specialty entity which it conducts business and that Producer will not contest the enforceability of this Agreement on the basis that HIH Risk Specialty is the signatory.
