River Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005 (collectively, “Seller”). In consideration of the mutual representations and covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, Seller and Buyer (the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:
