This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Agreement”)1 is entered into between Plaintiffs, Sergei Stadnik, Julianne Yenca, James Lawler, and Tony Anderson, on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class, and Defendant, Sovos Compliance, LLC, (together, the “Parties”) as of the date last signed below. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to a Final Approval Order entered by the Court.
