Growing Climate Solutions Act—Agreement: A unanimous-consent-time agreement was reached pro- viding that at approximately 10 a.m., on Thursday, June 24, 2021, Senate begin consideration of S. 1251, to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to develop a program to reduce barriers to entry for farmers, ranchers, and private forest landowners in certain voluntary markets, under the previous order of Tuesday, June 22, 2021; provided further that all time on the bill expire at 11 a.m.; that there be two minutes for debate equally divided prior to each vote with all provisions of the order of Tuesday, June 22, 2021 remaining in effect; that upon disposition of S. 1251, Senate continue consideration of the nomina- tion of Candace Jackson-Akiwumi, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, post-cloture, with all post-cloture time expiring at 1:45 p.m. Page S4731
