This Master Contract for IT Deliverables and Services is made this 23rd day of October, 2020 (the "Effective Date"), by and between HUGHES LEAHY KARLOVIC, INC., a corporation of the State of Missouri with offices at 1141 S 7th Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63104 ("Supplier"), and AMEREN SERVICES COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Missouri with offices at 1901 Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63103 ("Ameren") individually, and as agent for its Affiliates. Supplier and Ameren are also referred to herein collectively as the Parties or individually as a Party.
