This agreement, entered into as of the 13th day of January, 2016 is by and between North Carolina Inquiry Collaborative Network and Moore County Schools, hereto referred to in this document as “the Network” and “the District” respectively. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to guide and direct the parties respecting their affiliation, cooperation, working relationship and respective authorities.
