Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, "Tomofun" or “we” or “us” or “our”), the owner, operator and developer of the Furbo website available at www.Furbo.com and all associated sites linked to www.Furbo.com (the “Sites”), any mobile applications that may be downloaded on your device to access our services (the “Mobile Apps”), any Furbo hardware products (the “Hardware Products”), and software, or other digital goods and services (“Subscription Services”). The term “Services” or “Tomofun Services” will collectively refer to the Tomofun Sites, Mobile Apps, Hardware Products and Subscription Services
