This Collaboration and License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 5, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Lannett Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Lannett”), Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, ( “HEC”).
