This Agreement, made this day of 20 , between The McConnell Foundation, hereinafter designated Grantor, and Anderson-Cottonwood Irrigation District, hereinafter designated Grantee, does hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors, assigns, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and employees permission to enter the property described (see Exhibit A) and grants the exclusive right to perform construction activities for the benefit of the Grantor.
