The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS” or “System Agency”) and Moore County Hospital District (“Local Government”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for Tuberculosis Prevention and Elimination (“TB”) services for Public Health Regions 1 (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of the “Interlocal Cooperation Act,” Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
