This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) is dated 6/3/2024, and is between School District No. 1 in the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado, d/b/a Denver Public Schools (“District”) and Cleverex Systems, Inc. (“Contractor”). This Addendum applies to all services provided by Contractor to District through the Contract, as defined herein. This Addendum and the Contract are collectively referred to hereinafter as “Agreement”.
